The ceremonial handover of the navigation and GMDSS simulators took place on February 19 at the Maritime School in Darłowo. For the invitation of Mrs. Magdalena Miszke, the Principal of the Maritime School, the representatives of local authorities, the Board of Education, the Maritime Office in Słupsk, the Polish Army, Border Guards, Fire Brigades and friendly institutions attended the ceremony. Mr. Wojciech Wiśniowski, Starost of Sławno, and Mr. Maciej Rek Enamor’s CEO have recieved special thanks.
– We’re certain that modern simulator, delivered to the Maritime School in Darłowo, is going to improve the quality of vocational education and increase the chances of graduates in the labour market – says Mr. Maciej Rek, CEO of Enamor, who completed the order.
After the ceremonial cutting of the ribbon, Mr. Łukasz Grabowski, who is a teacher of vocational subjects, together with the students, presented the functioning of simulators to the guests.
The investment made at the end of February is not the only one that is planned for this year. The launching of the marine rescue workshop is being planned for June.
