QUALITY POLICY
At ENAMOR Sp. z o.o., an integrated quality management system has been introduced and is being improved, in accordance with PN-EN ISO 9001:2015, NATO Requirements - AQAP-2110:2009 and PN-N-19001:2006 "Internal Control System (ICS). Requirements".
Within the scope of its activities, the company carries out research and development, design, manufacture, supply, installation and servicing of electronics and automation systems and equipment in the marine and aviation fields.
The most important goals of our company are: customer satisfaction, which is achieved by fully meeting customer requirements, ensuring the long-term development of the company and strengthening its position in the market.
All of the company's activities are focused on achieving high quality services and products, their reliability while meeting applicable laws and regulations. We achieve these goals by employing highly qualified personnel, providing and requiring continuous professional development, equipping employees with appropriate organizational and technical resources, and continuously improving our products.
We pay special attention to the timely fulfillment of contractual obligations.
The Board of Directors declares supervision of the implementation of this Quality Policy and full cooperation with the Quality Assurance Representative (QAR) in case ENAMOR participates in the Government Quality Assurance (GQA) process.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION CLAUSE
Below you will find information that will give you a clear overview of our company's data protection policies. In accordance with Article 13 (1) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016. (RODO), we inform you about the following:
- The administrator of your personal data is ENAMOR Sp. z o.o., based in Gdynia (81-512), at 1 Inżynierska Street.
- If you have any questions about how and to what extent your personal data will be processed and what your rights are, please contact odo@enamor.pl.
- We process your personal data for the purpose of entering into a contract, based on Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO Regulation.
- You may request access to your data, rectification, transfer, deletion, restriction of processing, as well as object to further processing at any time.
- The personal data you entrust to us is stored in our contractors' database. It is properly secured so that it does not fall into the wrong hands, nor is it lost. We will process the personal data contained therein until the purpose of the processing ceases, i.e. until the end of the cooperation, or until you object to its processing, after which we will archive it for up to 6 years, in accordance with the Accounting Act or other legal regulations.
- Recipients of your personal data will be only entities authorized to obtain them in connection with the execution of the contract.
- Your personal data will not be subject to automated decision-making processes, including the type of profiling.
- We will not transfer your personal data to third countries, i.e. outside the European Economic Area.
- We would also like to inform you that if you have any doubts about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the law, you have the right to address a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, based in Warsaw (00-923) at Stawki 2 Street.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary.
