Supply of Dredging Kit
A consortium of two companies: Enamor of Gdynia (leader) and Techno Marine of Malbork won the tender and will deliver a dredging kit consisting of:
- Suction-refulling dredger with a lowering arm, equipped with a mechanical scarifier with dimensions:
L. 26.35 m, width 6 m, draft 1.1 m - Tugboat, which at the same time will be a dredge maintenance boat with dimensions: length 12 m, width 4.5 m, draft 1 m
- Hydrographic boat for precise bottom surveys with dimensions: length 12.85 m, width 3.95 m, draft 1 m
The vessels will be used, among other things, for work at the Marine Fishing Port in Mrzezyno. They will constitute a fully compatible set for dredging work in inland waters. The navigation area will be internal waters, sea ports and harbors, and approach tracks, including to the ports of Dziwnow and Mrzezyno. The purchase is part of a task implemented by the Maritime Office in Szczecin under the name ? "Reconstruction of the entrance to the sea fishing port in Mrzezyno", under the Operational Program "Sustainable development of the fisheries sector and coastal fishing areas" for 2007 - 2013.
Enamor is the leader of the consortium established to carry out the delivery. Enamor will supply and equip the vessels with electro-navigation and hydrographic equipment.
The core product of the Malbork-based Techno Marine is hybrid boats, including patrol, rescue and special task boats. The Malbork shipyard comprehensively performs construction and assembly work. The technical design is supervised by the Navalconsulting design bureau from Szczecin.Supervision of the prepared documentation, construction work and final approval of the vessels for operation was handled by the Polish Register of Shipping and Bureau Veritas.
According to the contract, the order will be executed within eight months of its signing (no later than August 31, 2015).
