National Maritime Security Forum 2016

On January 14, 2016, the first in a series of conferences discussing plans, new technologies and solutions for maritime defense - the 2016 National Maritime Security Forum- was held, in which ENAMOR participated. The purpose of the conference is to promote the role and importance of the Navy not only in the dimension of warfare, but also with regard to the tasks that are entrusted to the Navy in peacetime, asymmetric conflict or, finally, so-called hybrid warfare.

"The topics of the 2016 State Maritime Security Forum include, among others, the presentation of the first results of work on the draft State Maritime Security Strategy, the progress of plans for technical modernization of the Polish Navy, and the capabilities of Polish industry and its foreign cooperators in carrying out maintenance, modernization and construction of new ships."

The conference was attended by, among others, Deputy Head of the National Security Bureau Jaroslaw Brysiewicz, Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on National Defense Michal Jach, as well as parliamentarians and representatives of the defense industry. The Forum is organized by the Naval Academy and the Warsaw Fair Board.
